A classic of American musical theatre, Man of La Mancha won 6 Tony Awards when it first opened on Broadway in 1966. This new telling of Cervantes’ Don Quixote is re-imagined for the contemporary stage as it has never been seen before: director Aaron Lamb mashes together the sounds of a Flamenco Guitar Ensemble, a Mexican Banda Band, and the silence of American Sign Language with an ensemble of musicians and actors, to tell a four-hundred year old story in a way that is new and exciting.

“Waking up in a world that confounds me every day, it’s so deeply important to tell and celebrate the stories of characters who look at the same things I do, and see something I cannot: absolute beauty and optimism.” — director Aaron Lamb
